Where We Are Right Now

Grace Recovery & Community Center has officially entered an exciting new phase of development.

We have been incredibly blessed with the gift of a beautiful 10-acre property that already includes:

• Greenhouses with future growth potential

• A building planned for our future Country Store (currently needing renovations)

• Walking trails and open green space

• Multiple outbuildings for future program use

• Chickens, bee infrastructure, and homesteading potential

• Existing power utility connection already on the property

This property creates an amazing opportunity to build not only a recovery center, but a peaceful and healing environment where women can recover, learn, grow, and rebuild their lives.

Current Progress

Right now, we are actively working on:

• Preparing and organizing the property

• Completing the process of transferring the property into Grace Recovery & Community Center’s name

• Gathering quotes and planning for:

  • Septic system installation

  • Well drilling and water systems

  • Site preparation and future building placement

 

Planned Construction

Our next major phase will include building:

Two 16 x 36 Bunk Houses

Our bunk houses are being designed to provide a peaceful, safe, and comforting place for women to rest, reflect, and begin rebuilding their lives.

Each space will include simple but comfortable bedrooms with a bed, personal storage, and a desk area for journaling, reading, studying, or quiet reflection. The goal is to create an environment that feels calm, structured, and restorative.

44 x 70 Main Building

This will serve as the heart of the center and is planned to include:

• Kitchen and dining area

• Classrooms and teaching spaces

• Offices and meeting rooms

• Lounge and community areas

• Chapel/devotional space

• Craft and program areas

• Bathrooms and laundry facilities

 

Looking Ahead

As we continue moving forward, our focus will remain on:

• Property development and infrastructure

• Fundraising for construction and materials

• Building partnerships and community support

• Expanding our volunteer and Membership Team

• Preparing for future programming and resident intake
